Guest friendly design
The Gala is designed for hassle-free ownership, featuring a simplified guest control panel that prevents changes to temperature or filter cycles. The main Balboa® control panel, safely housed under a locked side hatch, lets you adjust settings and access the large-capacity inline chemical dosing hopper.
HEATING & HYDROMASSAGE
Two power configurations
The Gala is available in two power configurations: a 13-amp Plug & Play option with a 2kW heater (which pauses heating when the massage pump is active), or a 32-amp Hard-Wired setup with a 3kW heater that allows simultaneous heating and hydromassage.
EFFICIENCY & REMOTE CONTROL
WIFI & Fast Heating
The Gala comes pre-plumbed for an Air Source Heat Pump, reducing running costs and heating time. A WiFi controller can also be added, allowing remote control of temperature — ideal for managing settings between guest stays.

The Gala features the industry-leading Premium Shield Insulation System, engineered to minimise running costs and tested to meet California Energy Commission (CEC) standards.
Our Premium Shield Insulation uses five layers of advanced protection through the Superior Heatlock Insulation Process (SHIP) .
