At Hydrospas, quality comes first. Designed in the UK and manufactured in state-of-the-art, energy-efficient facilities, our hot tubs are crafted from premium, long-lasting materials. Every detail is precision-engineered to deliver exceptional performance, luxury, and durability.
All our Festival models are fully HSG282 compliant, featuring dedicated circulation pumps, in-line chemical dosing, and no water features that could create plumbing dead legs.
SMART & SAFE
Guest friendly design
Our Commercial Series is designed for hassle-free ownership, featuring a simplified guest control panel that prevents changes to temperature or filter cycles. The main Balboa® control panel, safely housed under a locked side hatch, lets you adjust settings and access the large-capacity inline chemical dosing hopper. We’ve also removed diverters and air controls from the spa top to prevent damage from heavy-handed guests.
WiFi and fast heating
Energy Efficiency & Remote Control
The Festival Range comes pre-plumbed for an Air Source Heat Pump, reducing running costs and heating time. A WiFi controller can also be added, allowing remote control of temperature — ideal for managing settings between guest stays.

We’re dedicated to continuously enhancing the energy efficiency of our products — that’s why the industry-leading Premium Shield Insulation System was designed to significantly reduce running costs and tested to meet California Energy Commission (CEC) standards.
Our Premium Shield Insulation uses five layers of advanced protection through the Superior Heatlock Insulation Process (SHIP):
• A reflective foil base wrap for superior heat retention
• Thick, foil-coated insulation panels within the cabinet
• Over 1 inch of ultra-efficient spray foam on the shell
• A 360° reflective foil barrier around the steel frame to trap heat
• A robust 4-inch insulated cover for maximum thermal efficiency
Heating & hydromassage
Two power configurations
The Festival Range is available in two power configurations: a 13-amp Plug & Play option with a 2kW heater (which pauses heating when the massage pump is active), or a 32-amp Hard-Wired setup with a 3kW heater that allows simultaneous heating and hydromassage. If you’re unsure which option suits your needs, our sales team will be happy to advise.
